Pentourminous

This is a Pentominous with the additional constraint that each loop must travel over pentomino shapes in a repeating cycle - that is, if the loop goes over an A followed by a B, it must later go over at least one more A followed by a B (with nothing in between the A and B). Each cycle must have at least two different shapes, must repeat at least twice, and the cycle can not have repeated pentomino shapes - e.g. ABAB is fine, ABABAB is fine, ABCABC is fine, ABCBABCB is NOT fine, ABCAB is NOT fine.
NOTE This puzzle is fairly bashy.
