Minimum Length Masyu

This is a Masyu variant - the loop must turn on each black pearl and must travel straight for at least N cells (not counting the pearl cell itself); the loop must go straight on each white pearl and must travel straight for at least N-1 cells (not counting the pearl cell itself) and turn after exactly N cells on at least one side of the white pearl. (If N=1, this is just a regular Masyu.)
Each region has single value N. There are 4 distinct values of N used in this puzzle. Two regions sharing an edge may not have the same value for N.
