L + Ratio + Cipher + Knapp-Daneben

This is a variant L+Ratio puzzle, a puzzle type invented by dohz.

Divide the grid into one-cell-wide L-shaped regions. Each numbered cell indicates the ratio between the leg lengths of its region (i.e. the side lengths of its bounding rectangle).
Cipher: Each letter represents always represents the same number - it is up to the solver to determine which letter represents which number.
Knapp-Daneben: Each number in the grid is off by plus or minus one.
