Country Road (Double Back)

This is a Country Road puzzle variant where each region must be visited exactly twice.
NOTE: There is a uniqueness issue with one part of this puzzle that was discovered later - to get the answer checker to trigger, the 1x4 region under the 2x4 region with a 6 must be split into lengths of 1 and 3 (not 2 and 2).
